ARTEVO offers a 30-day refund on any product.

  • If you’d like to return an item, simply email returns@artevo.nz and we'll provide your Return Reference and the return address. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where we made an error or products are damaged on arrival or faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's credit card. 
  • Gift-wrap fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act..

Vegetable-tanned Leather is Real Leather

The leather is processed using natural plant-based tannins rather than harmful synthetic chemicals, resulting in a firmer, more characterful leather that ages beautifully –  developing a lustrous patina over time.

Please read the sizing chart and follow the instructions before selecting your belt length.

Providing it is undamaged and with its original packaging, Artevo will exchange any belt if it turns out to be too small for you, although a second delivery charge will apply for shipping a replacement.

  • Measure your waist or a well-fitting belt (see sizing guide).
  • Belt size is typically 1–2 inches (5–10 cm) larger than your waist size.
  • Measure from the buckle to the middle hole.
  • Measure over trousers at your usual wear position.
  • If between sizes, choose the larger size.
