ARTEVO offers a 30-day refund on any product.

  • If you’d like to return an item, simply email returns@artevo.nz and we'll provide your Return Reference and the return address. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where we made an error or products are damaged on arrival or faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's credit card. 
  • Gift-wrap fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act..

Add our beautiful gift wrap and gift options to your order for that extra special touch. Finished with a paper ribbon, so all your wrapping is plastic free.

Wrapping is made from 100% recycled paper.

If you want different wrapping paper for particular products, please note which paper is for each product in the Order Note in your shopping cart as you checkout. 

Unfortunately, free gift wrapping is not available on Art Prints A2 and larger.
