Refund policy
At Artevo, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
To request a return, please email returns@artevo.nz with your name, order number, and a brief explanation. If the return conditions below are met, we will provide your Return Reference and the return address.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and labels
- Be returned to Artevo within 30 days of delivery
We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by Artevo.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your credit card issuer
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email us at returns@artevo.nz with photos.
In these cases, Artevo will:
- Cover the return shipping cost (within New Zealand only)
- Provide either a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping)
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@artevo.nz.
We will advise on availability and the easiest way to complete the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used.
