ARTEVO offers a 30-day refund on any product.

  • If you’d like to return an item, simply email returns@artevo.nz and we'll provide your Return Reference and the return address. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where we made an error or products are damaged on arrival or faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's credit card. 
  • Gift-wrap fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act..

My Personal Experience with the Twitter Box

We first heard a Twitter box while staying with friends in Germany a couple of years ago, and loved the sound so much we bought one the next day. So when we started Artevo, we knew this had to be in our store, along with its sisters - the Lakeside, Ocean and Jungle Boxes.

It hangs in our family bathroom, and we’ve only needed to change the batteries once since we got it.
