ARTEVO offers a 30-day refund on any product.

  • If you’d like to return an item, simply email returns@artevo.nz and we'll provide your Return Reference and the return address. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where we made an error or products are damaged on arrival or faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's credit card. 
  • Gift-wrap fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act..

Excellent quality razor blades for safety razor. German steel of similar quality to the Boker blades I used to use when living in Europe! I have been using locally(NZ) available Dorca blades made in vietnam, (they are Pish!) Unfortunatly I bulk bought, as blades are blades! NO the are not. Thank you Artvevo, I have found my new supplier, I will be purchasing again. 5stars!
