About Ian Blackwell

After completing a cabinet-making apprenticeship, Ian Blackwell developed his craft over many years working with New Zealand timbers. From his workshop in Kumeū, he now creates a range of beautifully hand-finished products that showcase both skilled craftsmanship and the natural character of New Zealand wood.
