ARTEVO Refund Conditions

ARTEVO offers a 30-day refund on any product.

  • If you’d like to return an item, simply email returns@artevo.nz and we'll provide your Return Reference and the return address. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where we made an error or products are damaged on arrival or faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's credit card. 
  • Gift-wrap fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act..

These B6 refills fit Loyal Journal Covers and other B6 journal covers  - kraft cover with 40 off-white pages – available in three styles:

Sold in pairs of the same paper style

Please note, these differ from the original blank inserts included with a Loyal Journal. Refills have 40 pages of machine made paper compared to the 60 pages of handmade paper in the originals. 

B6 paper is 125×176mm (4.9" × 6.9") – twice the size of a passport.
