Parisian Crafted was born from over a century of heritage, craftsmanship, quality, and care. Each piece in this curated edit of leather goods, ties, and bow ties embodies decades of time-honoured skill passed down through generations. The hands may change, but the craft endures and processes remain the same: meticulous, deliberate, and driven by the pursuit of lasting quality.

The Parisian founding story began far from home, on a train journey across America. It was there that our founder’s curiosity led to a chance encounter and the discovery of a new way to construct what would become the modern tie. With only a napkin to hand, he sketched the design, slipped it into his pocket, and brought it back to New Zealand. From that simple drawing, his eldest daughter Ruby sewed the very first Parisian tie - and with it, the beginning of our legacy.

Four generations later, Parisian remains a family-run business, deeply rooted in the values of quality and craftsmanship. Over the decades, we have honed our skills, at times with an ounce of kiwi ingenuity, creating ties and belts that have become hallmarks of lasting style.

Now, with the Parisian Crafted Edit, we extend this philosophy into a collection of considered leather goods - pieces designed not only to be worn, but to be lived with. Each wallet, notebook, and accessory reflects the same devotion to detail that has defined Parisian since the beginning: an edit shaped by history, but crafted for today.

This curated collection has been developed over time - the slow, thoughtful way. Every piece is designed in-house and refined through years of testing, until we’re certain it’s ready to pass from our hands to yours. We only use genuine materials that each have their own story and with use and time, will also tell yours.
