Refunds Policy

If any product supplied by Artevo does not meet your quality expectations or match the description on Artevo’s website, please email customerservice@artevo.nz explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will arrange its return and refund.

Where products such as belts are returned due to the size not matching the recipient, a refund will only be offered if the product is unmarked and in its original packaging and returned within 5 business days..

In ALL cases, Artevo complies fully with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

This means that all Artevo products are guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If any product you purchase from us fails to meet these guarantees, we will meet our obligations to provide a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
